Shipping Policy

At RISELIGHT, we work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario: 1–3 business days
  • Canada-wide: 2–7 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. RISELIGHT is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at:
